Rebel Fitness Club, is a fun and friendly fitness club based in Norwich.  I offer Personal Training, both individual and group as well as a variety of exercise and running classes that cater for all ages and fitness levels.

 

Whatever goal you are looking to accomplish - getting fit, loosing weight, learning to run or running further I am here to help.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training Session - One to One

The focus of the session is you and your goals.  Each session lasts one hour and can be outside in your garden, local park or in a fully equipped gym based in Norwich. 

 

Together we will identify your aims and workout the best way of achieving them in a way that fits your lifestyle and fitness preferences.

 

Whats included?

•        1 hour personal training session

•        Nutritional coaching

•        24/7 support outside of the session

•        Progress checks - weight, body mass, measurements and progress pictures

 

Personal Training - 2 to 1 

Includes all of the above for 2 people training together. 

              

£35 per hour

£25 per person per session

REBEL RUNNERS

Run 0 - 30 Minutes

This 8 week beginners course is in conjunction with Active Norfolk.  

 

This course is designed to make complete beginners and those that haven't exercised for a while feel like a runner by the end of 8 weeks. First steps will be running gently for 1 minute at a time then building week on week until you are running for 30 minutes.

Next course - To Be Confirmed 

Run 30 - 60 Minutes

An 8 week intermediate course for those that can run for 30 minutes.

 

This course is designed to make to make you feel a much more confident runner. Have a better understanding of pace, how to run hills and introduce you to building strength and speed.
